An Evening with John Cleese

Thursday, May 15, 2008 @ 7:30 PM, Campbell Hall

A Benefit for the Arts & Lectures Cinema Series

Featuring a screening of Monty Python and the Holy Grail

Co-creator of Monty Python’s Flying Circus and star of numerous films including A Fish Called Wanda, the comically gifted actor and writer John Cleese has lent his delightfully wry witticisms and memorable voice to a host of projects from Fawlty Towers to Shrek the Third. Cleese will introduce the hilariously farcical Monty Python and the Holy Grail and answer audience questions about his side-splitting depiction of the Black Knight and this landmark work following the screening. (Terry Gilliam & Terry Jones, 1975, 91 min.)

General public $20.00 / UCSB Students $10.00
