I'm guessing he rented Around The World In 80 Days at the library. Then he lost it, so he had to buy it from them since he could not return it. He found it under a dresser (arranging furniture I suppose. Feng Shui?) and now he owns it so he hopes to watch it only his dogs made a mess of it while 'playing.' (My Jack Russel did the same as a pup. teething) So to celebrate the fourth of July he's wanting to enjoy a few hotDOGS. As in he's gonna eat em. (not literally I hope)
