I Am About to Embark Upon a Journey.

A Journey of Revenge.

"Revenge is a dish best served cold!"

No, no one here. That's why I took someone's advice and created this in my own Blog.

It's a legal matter, I may not be as funny as I normally are - are - are - are!

Tere, the goer, and I were screwed out of her IRS REFUND, and have to fight for it.

I have thrown down the gauntlet to her previous employer, to no cash avail.

Diff between an Employee and an Independent Contractor.

Sorry, if I seem gruff. I have to protect my own!

Treble Damages! (ie. what we recover could be multiplied 3 times for an outrageous act.)

And I'm Just the Guy to Prove It!

Anyone Here Want to Buy an Argument?

Lady April: Tere was working for an independant contractor then? Cause I know they have two ways to file, under the table(1099-US) or legit paycheck(1040??-US). Was she paid under the table or are they fuc*ing her on her taxes paid out that previous year?

Her name was on the freakin' letterhead of the lawfirm, as a paralegal. They paid for her to move up to MA from FL and she lived in their office/house! That's not what a 1099 Independent Contractor does!

Purple Unicorn claims to have other realities? Well I do for a fact! My legal existence, my family existence, and my fun existence!

Take Big-Nose to the Fuckin' Cleaners, I will!

arkennedy: I had a similar thing happen to me once. It didn't have to do with my income taxes though. I had a part time job which paid $6.25 per hour. I had worked over 37 hours that week but was given a paycheck for less than $25. I fought that and won.
