Did you ever dream of becoming Michael Palin, taking the same tour as he did in 80 Days around the world.. well, with this game it's somehow possible (with a bit of imagination!)

In fact

at home we have a game based on the Jules Verne book, and the board game is made quite a while ago... I just love the game, and I bet would play that one anytime!

I have that game!

The Jules Verne one mind. While we're on the subject, Eric is in the 1989 mini series (that was another *ohmygodits(insert python)fallsoffchair* moment)

I have the

videos stashed in my room, with the rest of my python collection. I haven't watched it in years.....I must do that.

I have bad regrets

that I didn't order the dvd a few weeks ago.. I was shopping some python-related dvd's online and the total sum of it all was so high, that I had to skip something. I feel sorry for skipping 80 days. Maybe some other time.

I guess

they're quite local or at least Scandinavian sites, cdon.com, discshop.fi, homeenter.fi... Books I get from a Helsinki-shop called Akateeminen Kirjakauppa, found some Jones-cd's there as well, and a lot of mp cd's I found from swampmusic.com. Discshop is nice for selling import dvd's, since I'm not depended on finnish subtitles. There I found the Michael Palin Collection.

I've never used Amazon or anything, because I'm not sure about the zone thingies or whatsits, I'd rather put my money on dvd's that I'm sure that will play on my european dvd player or computer.

I always find myself wondering

if the DVD player in my laptop would play different regions....I mean, it's a German laptop which definitely plays oceanic DVDs. But yeah, I'm sure we own at least one multi-region DVD player (we tend to accumulate them) and yet I won't take the chance. I don't see why there needs to be different regions anyway.

It's

a plot against sanity! The big corporations wanna mess with our heads, man! And yeah, maybe the american and european coprs want to keep the money on the same continent.... Woah, dude...

Sorry, hippy outburst.
