Ok, this is going to seem odd and irrelevant, but anyways,
Have any of you ever felt like there was an association between letter and colors?
I was thinking about this at work, and ever since childhood, I've always had a strong vibe about certain letters beeing a particular color and realised my associations have remained the same ever since Ive learned to read. For example, the letter ''A'' is red in my mind, dont ask me why, and the ''V'' is green and so forth.
So,I came back here and did some reasearch, and apparently, Im not the only freak out there who creates a mental link between letters and colors.
here are some links for those of you who are interested.

Anyways, just thought I'd share my alphabetic palette (this is probably my oddest post ever) and if anyone else has Grapheme-color synesthesia which apparently is the correct term for this abnormality ;p feel free to share your letter-color associations...Maybe we''ll have similar results who knows. I tried at work to draw some form of conclusions from analyzing all of this but it turned out that there seems to be no logical explanation for it.

i want out: here is something off the wall that probably every kid gets messed up with at one point and time; I figured that florida (the state) was an island because it had palm trees. no Idea why; just palmtrees=surrounding land must be entirely surrounded by water.
as for a colour-letter-synthesisia... I want to try. I have never really been conscious of anything like that but it wouldnt really suprise me if I did something like that subconsciously. oh, I always figured the letter "A" was red too. seriously.
..reading more about this... and I SEE "B" as Blue... TOO! (it was given in the article) logical, at least more so than a being red....
Funny, I dont notice all letters/ numbers in colour, but there are a certain few that do stick out. Q is pink and 8 is Green.... yeah.
sorry.
