Parting is such sweet sorrow.

On Sunday, I'm going to NOrth Carolina with my youth group... without parents or siblings. Yess! So yeah. I'll be gone for a week...

Now, this is not an exceptable blog post. It's simply a sentence saying that I'm leaving. How boring is that?
Ok, so I need a topic... *looks for one*.... hmmmm... Ah, yes,

Literature/movies.

I normally laugh when people cry in movies. It's, like, a natural reaction. Like in Titanic. Jackiepoo froze to death, I thanked God that he was finally dead. The stupid little girl dies in "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants", and I laugh myself silly. Yet I can't watch "Return of the King" alone without bawling my stupid little eyes out. I have no idea why... I've seen the stinking thing a million times, and still...

It's the same thing with books. The randomest books make me tear up:
Ender's Game, The Count of Monte Cristo, Phantom of the Opera (but the movie didn't...), 1984 (not physical crying, because I was at my Nanna's house, sitting in her living room. I finished the book in one sitting....three consecutive hours of reading. I was just sitting there, staring at it and trying not to burst into tears....when she decided we were going out for ice cream. Ice cream makes everything better. Even Big Brother)...
It's odd. I can admit to crying without getting weirdly embarrased (wait, does that have two "s's" and one "r", or two "r's" and one "s". Or two "s's" and two "r's"?), but I can't actually cry in front of someone. And I can stop on a dime. Laughter, however, is harder for me to control. Which is bad if I happen to think of something funny during a church service, and start grinning when he's talking about Hell. Not a good thing...

There we go. One post that has nothing to do with Mikey, Polecats, Python, or Planet Palin. Yay me. *walks away whistling*

I have never seen Titanic ! LOL
I prolly the only one in the world who hasn't seen it.
But if I have, it would remind me of that Python sketch "women, children, Red Indians and spacemen first..."...

I'm not sure have I laughed while watching Titanic...

...but in HP and the Order of the Phoenix yes. Particularly when Sirius died. Everyone else in the cinema was like "O____O ;;____;;" (and I bet almost everyone had read the book so they knew what'll happen to Sirius...) and I just giggled, because that scene was so comical.

Oh, and also Pet Sematary. I saw it few weeks ago while I was staying on my grandmother's home. The book was (almost) ok, but the movie... Well, pretty comical. When Cage died, I just couldn't stop laughing for a while.

I hate the HP movies

The books are halfway decent, but the movies are crap.

Yes

I laughed too, when everyone else was crying watching Titanic. We're emotion freaks. Glad to see I'm not the only one!

Have fun! I'll miss you, since when you return, I'll be in Hungary for almost a week, and I'll come back to Finland 7th of August. Looong time.

Please be gentle with me, I come to pieces, literally!

It was horrible.

I couldn't STAND Jack. Ugh. He was so... so...

intensely fake. And ugly. XD. If Jaws had been in it, eating the people that fell in the water, I would have loved it.
