seriously, it gets so fucking boring, when you cant sleep for 3 days. thats what has happended too me now. 3 days. Ive been playing ac/dc, toy dolls and johnny cash, dancing around singing, the dancing just in a attempt too get sleepy. but NO.
well, I think Im gonna watch rocky horror and shock treatment. Ive been talking about rocky horror with pepole in here and its been at least 3 weeks since I last saw it now.
and if I dont get tired then I think I will take one of my sleepingpills, no matter how much I hate them. sometimes you gotta help your body on the way..

haha, yeah I know. there are some teas that dont have that substance in them, but I dont remember witch ones... but most do. its better to drink warm milk before bedtime.
you mean Rooibus-tea, or "red tea" as it's sometimes called. There shouldn't be any caffeine in that tea. It just doesn't taste like tea at all, at leastn in my opinion :)

drinkable red tea once, it was vanillaflavoured and it was not as nasty as plain red tea, but still not one of my favourites :)

aaah ok. my favourite tea is one thats made on this little island named gotland where I grew up. its rhubarb and vanilla. nom nom! but its only sold on gotland, and I dont live there anymore. :/
you should ask some old friends or family there to send you some? Rhubarb and vanilla sounds like an interesting combination. Must be delicious...
