Stumbleupon.com is where you download it, you basically get this toolbar and you register and all that, then it asks you interests, it has categories and little check boxes in the topics in that category. When you've finished that, you click stumble and it'll bring up random sites based off of your interests. You say whether you like it or whether you don't, and then it'll get smarter the more you use it to the point where pretty much any site it finds for you, you'll love.
