kermit: Where is this place? No offense, but it looks all gloomy and sad.I guess I'm just too used to Texas winters. Not so gloomy.

I'm real slow sometimes

Purple Unicorn at 4:43 am March 31

I am stuck in gloomsvile Newfoundland singing songs of hope to keep me from falling into the dispair that surrounds me.

It isn't actually called gloomsville it is called Stephenville but... details details.

Texas winters sound nice. If it wasn't for the fact that I would miss the flora and fauna Canada has to offer to me, I would pack my bags tomorrow. Not to mention politics and all that because even though it has the word polit(without the silent e) it is considered in Canada to be not polite to bring it up. But think about it... you cant spell politics without polit. Kind of like T.S.Elliot being one letter away from being Toilets backwards.

Instead, I am going to the one place in this Earth that I consider to be somewhat of a paradise for people like me. British Columbia!!!!

Nelson to be precise. Then I will be able to start taking some really beautiful pics of like the Rocky Mountains and the Kootney Mountains and Cristina Lake and of course my favourite, The Shambhala Music festival.

And this year when Christmas rolls around I reckon I will be in Cranbrook taking pictures of Candycane lane.

Anyhow to summarize; Newfoundland can be lonely and depressing sometimes but running away never solved anything as I learned the hard way. Oh and the mash I chose for that pic was supposed to be of a darker nature than the usual fluff I put out there.
Wow that turned out longer than I thought.
I sure hope you like reading.
Take care,
