desperately trying to identify cartoon short

Hi:

I am desperately trying to find out what episode includes an animated scene where the police capture criminals using a portable hole and putting the hole up to a prison. If anyone has any leads, or ideas on how to search the animation bits, I would really appreciate it.

arkennedy: I've been searching for it but so far I haven't found it. I think, but I'm not sure. that it'll be in one of the episodes with a court room scene. However there seems to be several of them.
