Harry & Paul - Python 'homage'

This is 'Clarkson Island,' and it's funny on its own, but Pythonliners might be interested in the little nod to our heroes at the beginning of the sketch!

Mrs Attila the Hun 93: Yes, I remember seeing this when it was broadcast. I love the fact they used the Liberty Bell at the start as well as an image of Whicker Island, their inspiration.

Gotta love Harry n' Paul :)

I like them too, but like most, if not all contemporary sketch comedy shows, they have too many recurring gags. I don't know why anyone thinks the same joke over and over again with slightly different words is funny. It's a shame because the first time you see things, they're hilarious! e.g. the chav officers in Armstrong & Miller & the football coach with his multilingual pep talk in Harry & Paul.

That's one of the things I love about Python: only the occasional recurring thing.
