Where are you??

The current Regimental Sergeant Major of the Python Army (is she talking about me?) is tickled by curiosity: WHERE IN THE WORLD ARE YOU?

Behind the link there's a map, go put a marker on where you are!
https://www.zeemaps.com/map?group=208564

Note: You don't have to reveal the REAL city in which you live if you wish not to. I'm just curious to know our global status. :)

Worldwidely yours,
Hanri
Regimental Sergeant Major II
Python Army Headquarters

EDIT: Now we are up to 73 markers, starting to get tricky finding the new ones... But still magnificent! I've updated the map link so you can find the map right away, and I'll update the pick here once we get new markers on board.

BouncyBouncySpam: Hello Python fans from Philadelphia, PA!

cony: ...planet, isn't it?
A big hello from Berlin to all who set their markers!

So much Python love.... A lovely place indeed. :)

cony at 3:29 am June 01

...lovely is missing...

Hanri: A shoutout to our newest members! If you haven't yet, go put your mark on the map, I'm interested to see where you come from! :)

Also some "oldies" haven't yet marked their positions, so keep 'em coming!

French Taunter: Magnificent, this is a good job ... I would have say I am in your "derrière" because I don't like the fact that "English pig-dogs and son of hamsters" now where my mind come from! :P

French Taunter at 1:17 pm April 21

*know* **comes**

Colonel Daughter: Marked! I loooove it...

Hanri: Speaking of scattered things, where have you been, Hanri? HUH??

Yeah, I have no good excuses. Just life is getting in fun's way. But I'm honestly trying now to behave and really BE here! Can't believe I just went through 7 pages of POL posts to get the unread stuff cleaned. I'm happy to see no spam what so ever. :) *touching wood* Where was I?

Been (hopefully) visiting the city of Ill for the past couple of weeks, just managed to drag myself out of the corner of Neck Pain and Headache Street, but still spending a lot of my waking hours in the Sore Throat District, mainly the Cough Boulevard. Happy though I haven't lost myself near Fever Alley, but trying to get means to leave this joint rather sooner than later. By the looks of it I've reached the Runny Nose Park today. Oh goody..

Here Comes Another One at 4:16 am April 14

I'm surprised you didn't see me, Hanri. I was just in Runny Nose Park today. I had to wear my wellies.

Hanri at 10:33 am April 14

Yeah the park's a mess today, hard to see anything when it's flooding.. Sorry to have missed you there, my sight must have been blocked by the handkerchief bushes.

Lvndr HppE at 10:52 am April 14

I'm glad to hear that you're both feeling better. Hopefully, you made it safely through the park.

Hanri at 11:11 am April 14

Well the park seems to be a bit bigger than expected. Hoping to reach the other side one of these days.

Lvndr HppE: Each time I see this thread, it always reminds me of this song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3z4QDsf08k

Johnnyrose: Weeeeeee!! Head Balet! Delicious, Hanri!!

Hanri at 2:12 pm February 18

Being head of the ballet makes me see in threes. ;)

TheSister91: bookmarked my position on the map... :)
CSI Division Headquarter is right there!!! if you wanna sign in just send me a message

genji: Cracking idea.

Mrs Attila the Hun 93 at 7:40 am February 12

O.O! You live about an hours drive away from me. Never knew you were that close, haha!

genji at 8:53 am February 12

Yeah. I hope my radiant sunflower isn't hiding your black darkness too much. :P

I thought there'd be more than four Brits here.

the_thina: my best friend put herself on the map as well. the one in stockholm without any username, just her name, lena erixon, in case hanri will wonder who that is. ;)

Hanri at 2:24 pm February 10

Well there are a lot of anonymous markers and people that I haven't necessarily heard of, but nevertheless we're all part of the Army, one big happy family. :)

the_thina at 2:35 pm February 10

exactly. :)

the_thina at 2:23 pm February 10

and even if she is not active in here (and that is because she thinks her english is not good enough) I can reassure you that she deserves to be on that map!

Hanri at 2:25 pm February 10

But it's fantastic that she's got YOU then! :)

Hanri: Found a funny feature on zeemaps, go to the Army map and click my marker to see. ;)

Lawliet: There is an empty spot where I should be:(

The long awaited return of Minister Of Propaganda.

Hanri at 12:16 pm February 10

Sir Minister, sir, very awaited indeed, our Python Army Ninja! You have been spotted, now, let the Pythonization begin!

Lawliet at 10:30 pm February 10

It will never end!
I'll download MC in few days. Have a try aswell. See if the mojo is still there:)

Holly: I love to see how many people all over the world have a common interest!

pythongeek03: The oldies need to be in it too soo...
Added Hanri dear, ;)
Tis a good idea!

Hanri at 1:08 am February 08

Once a PythOnliner, always a PythOnlines, I say. :) Thanks Amy!

flopsy_mrs: i'm on it :)

Hanri at 9:30 am February 06

Gracious! 34 markers. :)

J.Gambolputty at 10:33 am February 06

Whoopie! :)

kissmyarrrtichoke: This is a great idea!

Mrs Attila the Hun 93 at 8:33 am February 06

Oh, oh, oh, ooooooh! Another P-liner from da UK! I'm so happy!

Hanri at 4:39 am February 06

Had to do the tiniest bit of pic manipulation, so the black marker a_nervous_wreck wouldn't seem like it's gone. :) At this rate I need to capture a little more detailed screen shots!

a_nervous_wreck at 12:12 pm February 06

Is my marker now the pink one? If it isn't then I can't see it

Johnnyrose: This is so cool, Hanri!

Hanri at 3:30 am February 06

I'm so glad people are into this. :) 27 markers and counting!

Not that late: This is a good idea really!
*like

J.Gambolputty: I think it seems that I'm the most northern Pythonliner. .? (Although Hanri and Jatta live in Finland also.)

Hanri at 5:17 am February 05

Girl! I had no idea! My husband has family in the same city, and I have mine nearby. :)

J.Gambolputty at 5:26 am February 05

Really? Nice :) Can I ask whereabouts? (If I happen to know them, though it's very unlikely)
I myself live in Rautiosaari. Very small place this is. . . About 15 km from Rovaniemi.

Hanri at 5:30 am February 05

My hubby's grandma and a couple of uncles live in Rovaniemi (hubby born in Kolari), and my bro's family and my best friend both live in Tornio.

Brilliant to find out these things, I knew there are a lot of Finns on POL, but even more that I imagined? :D And one from fab Australia!

J.Gambolputty at 5:37 am February 05

I see. :)

It is brilliant. I only knew that you and Jatta lived in Finland.
Btw, I think it's quite funny that there are only three P-liners from England. Most of us are from elsewhere.

There's nothing wrong with that, I was just thinking ;)

Hanri at 5:42 am February 05

It is peculiar. And I know at least two more Finnish P-liners that haven't yet added themselves, a LOT of Americans, but only a few users I know to be from UK. Proves that the love of Python is really Global with a capital G, not just a silly brit thing. :)

J.Gambolputty at 5:49 am February 05

Absolutely. :)

Mrs Attila the Hun 93 at 8:38 am February 05

Yeah, what gives!? Where are all the rest of the British Python fans!?!? C'MON YOU POMMY GITS! SHOW YOUR SUPPORT!

Ha, only joking ... I do agree, it's lovely that MP's popularity has spread throughout the entire world. I'm very surprised by the amount of fans from Scandinavia. Crazy, man!

Three Pythonliners from England, J.G? D'ya mean me, Nell and Johnny?
